Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made 3 days before the trip will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 2 days will not be refunded.
Provider cancellations: If we cancel a trip due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
